Mentor & Educator — A passionate mentor and motivational speaker, he partners with corporates and academic institutions as guest faculty, delivering career-readiness training, behavioural development, and campus recruitment preparation. Recognising the need for employability skills among students from ITIs, engineering colleges, and rural academic streams, he has conducted numerous honorary training and mentoring sessions — helping more than 3,000 students move closer to their dream careers.
Co-Founder, Job Pickers & CXO Bharat — He co-founded Job Pickers, delivering end-to-end people solutions spanning HR consulting, learning & development, recruitment, career counselling, HR compliances, and employee engagement; and co-founded CXO Bharat, uniting CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and senior business leaders through CXO Leadership Meets, Conclaves & Summits, and Panel Discussions.

Shalini Jain is a passionate social entrepreneur, community leader, and advocate for education, women's empowerment, and career development. With a Bachelor's degree and an Advanced Diploma in Computers, she began her career in financial services before diversifying into Mystery Audits for reputed brands — helping organisations evaluate customer experience, service quality, and operational excellence. She remains deeply committed to social causes, working with NGOs and community organisations on the upliftment of women, child education, and support for underprivileged communities.
Founder, Job Pickers — Driven by her vision to bridge the gap between education and employment, Shalini founded Job Pickers, a recruitment and career-development platform offering free recruitment training, career guidance, interview preparation, and employability skill development for ITI students and graduates.
Founder, CXO Bharat — Shalini also founded CXO Bharat, a national-level leadership networking platform bringing together CXOs, CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, entrepreneurs, and business leaders — fostering meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, strategic collaboration, and innovation, and bridging business strategy with emerging technology.

An MBA graduate specialising in Finance and Human Resources, Mrs. Shakya brings over 12 years of experience in event management, with expertise in planning, organising, and executing successful events. She is the founder of RUDHVI Creation, a business dedicated to delivering creative and quality event solutions — known for her positive attitude, motivational mindset, and strong leadership skills.
Currently pursuing a B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology, Harshita is passionate about human behaviour, organisational dynamics, and people development. She actively supports CXO Bharat's leadership events, conclaves, and engagement initiatives, and holds a Diploma in Psychology, Personality Development, and Communication Skills.
A self-made entrepreneur turned industrialist, Shri N. K. Jain leads Vidyut Teletronics Limited, makers of the "Venus" brand of data transmission, electronic and telecommunication cables. As Chairman of three Govt. ITIs, he has helped place approximately 15,000 students in leading corporates and signed 20 MOUs with universities for skilling and placement. He is the creator of the MSME Credit Card and the "One Nation – One Power Tariff" policy, and recently led business delegation tours to Vietnam, the UAE, Azerbaijan, and Japan to boost Rajasthan's industry — honoured as "Jaipur Ke Anmol Ratan" (2021) and "The Jewel of Rajasthan" (2022).
Secretary of The Employers' Association of Rajasthan since 2005, Shri S. K. Patni has spent over twenty years strengthening the Association and championing the interests of employers across Rajasthan — from industrial relations and labour law to employer awareness and organisational development. Before joining EAR, he served with the Government of Rajasthan, including as Public Analyst. He is also Vice President of the Digamber Jain Social Group (Main) and a Karyakarini Member of the Rajasthan Jain Sahitya Parishad.
A Certified Independent Woman Director with 18+ years of leadership across HR, organisational development, and corporate governance, Dr. Nupur Chaturvedi Sharma holds a Ph.D. in HR & Organisational Behaviour from FMS, Delhi. She has held senior HR leadership roles at Jaipur Rugs, Methodex Systems, Reliance Retail, and General Motors India, bringing expertise in succession planning, ESG & CSR leadership, and stakeholder engagement across retail, manufacturing, automotive, and education sectors.
